CCH’s ministry in Ocho Rios, Jamaica began three plus decades ago with Roger and Bettie Sidwell’s trips to feed and work among the homeless, whom they met at a bus shelter. They met Marjorie Palmer on one of those trips and invited her to a worship service at the shelter. She was deeply moved, began to attend regularly, and became the leader around 2013. Today the Soup Kitchen continues to serve several days per week, and Spirit-led, prayerful worship services are attended by 40 homeless people on Sundays at the bus shelter. Marjorie’s ministry focuses on Bible Studies, evangelism, compassion, and feeding. This Mission Partner gives praise to God for His provisions and faithfulness. Please email Ann Crittenden, email@example.com to learn more about this ministry and how you can help to support Bus Stop Church.
